1. Promotion Period

1.1 This promotion is valid from 28 August 2026 to 17 September 2026, or while stocks last, whichever comes first.

1.2 Botella Malaysia reserves the right to extend or shorten the promotion period without prior notice.

2. Eligibility & Qualifying Criteria

2.1 This promotion is open to all customers who make a purchase at any Botella Malaysia official website and online stores.

2.2 Customers are entitled to receive one (1) free pair of the Exclusive Limited Edition Malaysia National Day Postcard when purchasing any Botella drinkwares in a single transaction/receipt.

3. Redemption & Limits

3.1 The offer is strictly limited to one (1) pair of postcards per customer, per transaction.

3.2 The postcards are given out on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Gift Details & Availability

4.1 As this is a Limited Edition item, the postcards are subject to availability.

4.2 Botella Malaysia reserves the right to substitute the postcards with another gift of equal or similar value without prior notice if the postcards are out of stock.

4.3 The free postcards are not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other merchandise.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 The Exclusive Limited Edition National Day Postcard is a complimentary promotional gift. It is strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or any other item under any circumstances.

5.2 In the event that a customer returns or requests a refund for the main purchased items in the same transaction, Botella Malaysia reserves the right to deduct the nominal promotional value of the postcard (5.00) from the total refund amount, OR require the postcard to be returned in its original, unused condition before the main refund can be processed.

6. General Conditions

6.1 Botella Malaysia is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged postcards once they have been handed over to the customer.

6.2 Botella Malaysia reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

6.3 In the event of any discrepancies or disputes, the decision of Botella Malaysia shall be final and binding.
