Usage Precautions
Do not store the below items in Botella products.
- Dry ice and carbonated beverage which may cause lid to eject forcefully.
- Acidic beverage such as plum juice and lemon juice etc, these may cause poor performance in hot retention.
- Milk and fruit juice should not be kept in the bottle for prolonged period as it may spoil.
- Tea leaves or fruits. It may result in clogging lid.
Warranty, Return & Refunds
All genuine Botella products come with a 1-year of warranty from the date of purchase. Any damages caused by misuses or incidental damage is not covered however.
If you’re not satisfied with the purchase, you may return to us for a refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided it has been customised, is unused and is still in its original packaging.
