A: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return to us for a refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging.


Q: Can I get 3 different lids for one bottle?

A: Yes, you can. All our bottles share the same wide-mouth design which makes the lids interchangeable


Q: I would like to know the price of your products.

Q: How long does it take for the item to arrive once the order is confirmed?

A: It will usually take about 2 - 3 working days assuming no delays on the side of the courier company.


Q: How long can hot and cold water last?

A: Hot water stays hot for 10 hours. Cold water stays cold for 20 hours.


Q: What is the material of your lids?

A: All our lids are made with BPA free plastic


Q: Can I either use cold or hot water for the same bottle? For example today hot water and tomorrow cold water?

A: Yes and it will not affect the performance of your bottle.

Q: How do I order a purchase on the site?

A: To order your purchase :-

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
  4. Confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
  5. Select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
  6. Choose your payment method then click “next” button.
  7. Reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

Q: How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

A: Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.


Q: I forgot the Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?


  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill in your email that was used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit.

A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.


Q: Can I cancel an existing order that has been made?

A: Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.


- Please send an email to our customer service email at with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.

- Orders that are in shipping or have been shipped will not be cancelled.
