What is Atome?

Atome is a financial service that helps customers make a purchase in three interest-free installments. This payment method is available to all users who have met the following criteria:

How do I make payments using Atome?

There are two methods to pay with using Atome:

Via Atome App (on mobile)
Via Browser (desktop and mobile)

Please follow the guide according to the payment method that you wish to choose.

Atome recommends that you make the purchases via the app as there might be promotions and coupons exclusive to the app only.

Payment via Atome App (Recommended)

Please follow the steps below, and use the visual guide to assist you in understanding.

At the checkout page, select Atome
Login to your Atome account on your app. This requires you to set up an account on the Atome app prior to payment. Learn how here.
You will be prompted to use a coupon (if any)
Select the coupon you wish to use
Affirm the payment due dates and select Pay to proceed with the payment
Congratulations! You have successfully made the purchase. A confirmation receipt of your purchase will be sent to the email you input at the shipping section. You may track your payment dues in the Atome app as well.

Payment via Browser

Please follow the steps below, and use the visual guide to assist you in understanding.

At the checkout page, select Atome
Select Pay in Browser and you will be redirected to the Atome Account Login Page. Be aware that you still need to create an Atome account prior to completing the payment. Learn how here.
Input your mobile number tied to your Atome account that you wish to pay with and fill in the OTP when prompted.
Affirm the payment due dates and select Confirm Payment to proceed with the payment.
Congratulations! You have successfully made the purchase. A confirmation receipt of your purchase will be sent to the email you input at the shipping section. You may track your payment dues in the Atome app as well.

1) A mobile number issued with a Malaysia prefix (+60)
2) Legal full name
3) A Malaysian NRIC
4) Date of birth
5) A valid email address
6) A credit/debit card issued by a financial institution
